Ingredients
Hard Boiled Egg, 1 large Hellmann's Mayonaise, 1 tbsp Olive Oil, 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice, 0.25 cup Salt, 1 tsp Cucumber (peeled), 1 cup, pared, chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Onions, raw, 0.35 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 tbsp Baked Potato, with skin, 2 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) Honey, 1 tsp
Directions
