Sugar Free Cinnamon Meringue

6 Large Egg Whites6 packets of Splenda (or any sweetener)2 teaspoons vanilla extract1 tablespoon Cinnamoni also use a few extra packets of spelnda and some cinnamon to make a cinnamon sugar to spinkle on top before baking... completely optionalcooking spray for pan
Beat Egg whites until they form peaks. Add in rest of ingrediants and beat until stiff peaks form. Pipe meringue onto a greased cookie sheet (they dont need any space to grow, stay the same basic size). Bake for 20 min at 350 F. (i have been playing around with recipe for crunchier meringues lower temperature and more time). ENJOY!
