1 large fat free cottage cheese1 8 oz cool whip free1 large pack of sugar free jello (lime or orange)I large can crushed pineapple in its own juice2 small cans mandarin oranges in light juice
Add a large package of sugar free jello (either lime or orange) to the cottage cheese. Fold in drained pineapple and oranges. Fold in cool whip. Chill overnight.
