Redgale Rice Pudding for two

Ingredients
.5 cups cooked brown rice1 cup milk2 tsp brown sugar50 grams raisins1 eggCinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
Directions
In a small cooking pot mix together cooked rice, milk, raisins and brown sugar. Heat at medium until milk is scalding, stirring frequently. Cracker egg into measuring cup and mix well with a fork. Blend a small amount of heated liquid to the egg, then mix egg into the pan, stirring and heating until the mixture coats a metal spoon (custard style). Fill two dessert bowls; sprinkle with cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves to taste.
