My mom's mustard potato salad

Ingredients
11.5 cups diced, boiled potatoes1 cup diced onion1/2 cup diced green onions1 cup celery, diced3 hard boiled eggs, diced1 small can sliced black olives1/4 cup yellow mustard1/4 cup sweet pickle relish1 cup mayonnaise1 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
boil potatoes until just soft enough to put a fork through. Chop all other ingredients. Mix all in large bowl and chill.

    Great recipe, but I had to alter a bit for my picky eaters who will not eat black olives. I put chopped green pepper instead. Yum! - 6/16/20
