1 large green pepper, raw2 green onions, raw20 oz chickpeas, canned2 cans of tuna2 hard boiled eggsBalsamic vinegarExtra virgin olive oil
Remove any liquid from the canned chickpeas.
Clean the peppers and remove seeds. Chop pepper, hard boiled eggs and onions. Add to the chickpeas. Add the canned tuna, keeping the oil only if it is of good quality (olive oil), removing otherwise.
Add a tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or 2 tbsp if the oil from the tuna has been removed) and Balsamic Vinegar at your taste.
