2 cups hot cooked brown rice1 medium onion chopped1 green pepper chopped1/2 cup salsa1/2 tsp season salt1/2 tsp garlic powder3/4 cup water1 ring Turkey Kielbasa, cut into bite size pieces
In a skillet coated with cooking spray, cook peppers and onions over medium heat until caramelized. Add turkey kielbasa, salsa, water and spices and simmer until heated throughout. Add in the hot cooked rice, and stir to mix evenly.
