Cheesy Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
3/4 lb pork sausage links1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced1/3 c. green pepper, chopped1-1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar, shredded1 T. flour1 Pet-Ritz Deep Dish Pie Crust2 eggs, beaten1 c. PET evaporated milk1 T. parsley flakes3/4 t. seasoned salt1/4 t. garlic pepper1/4 t. pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In skillet fry sausage until cooked. Remove sausage and drain on paper towel. Reserve 2 T. fat to saute onion and green pepper. Slice sausage and combine with cheese and flour. Stir in sausage slices, green pepper and onions. Spread in frozen pie crust. Mix remaining ingredients and pour into pie crust. Bake on cookie sheet, 35-40 minutes until browned and filling is set.
