Barilla Tri-Color Rotini Pasta (Cooked)20 Cherry Tomatoes1 large Peeled CucumberGreen Goddess Dressing (8 2-TBSP servings or half bottle)Pepper2 oz grated parmesan cheese
Cook Barilla Rotini per box instructions, drain with cold water to stop noodles from cooking. Peel Cucumber, slice and cube. Cut Cherry Tomatoes in half. Mix all ingredients so far with 2 oz grated parmesan cheese. Add 1/2 bottle (16 TBSP) of Green Goddess dressing, season to taste with pepper and toss.
