Ingredients
18 Wonton Wrappers1.5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs1 Tbsp Carrots2 Tbsp Green Peppers3 Tbsp Onion 3 Tbsp Newman's Own Lighten Up Sesame Ginger Dressing
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut up the vegetables and dice up the chicken into very small pieces. Pan fry everything with a few sprays of zero calorie non-stick spray until the chicken is cooked (approx. 5 minutes). Spoon mix into the wonton wrappers, pinch the edges and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Bake until the edges are golden brown (approx. 10 minutes).
