Chicken Enchilada casserole

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 TBSP Taco seasoning1 tsp steak seasoningjuice of one lemon1 can chicken broth1 can Old El Paso Enchilada sauce1/2 onion - sliced thin40 Tortilla Chips1 TBSP Olive Oil1 tsp I Can't Believe it's Not Butter2 cups cheddar-monterey jack cheese blend
marinate the chicken in the lemon juice and seasonings for 20 to 30 minutes. Place oil in skillet and sear meat on both sides; add onions and broth and simmer for 15 minutes, cutting chicken up so it will cook through. Butter a 9 x 9 baking dish; or spray with cooking spray. Break tortilla chips coarsley in bottom of dish, put drained chicken w/onions over chips. Pour Enchilada sauce evenly over all, cover with shredded cheddar-jack cheese blend and bake 10 - 15 minutes in 350 degree oven until cheese is melted and it is hot throughout.
