Ingredients
l can (7 l/2 ounces) salmonl can (l4 ounces) pineapple tidbitsl tbsp. cornstarchl tsp. gingerl tsp. soy saucel/2 cup red peppers, diced2 cups bean sprouts, cooked
Directions
- Drain salmon, preserving liquid
- Stir until thickened: pineapple with juice
salmon liquid
cornstarch
ginger
soy sauce
- Add salmon & green peppers. Cook 2 -3
minutes
- Serve on cooked bean sprouts
