2 cups small broccoli florets1/4 cup EVOO2 tsp red pepper flakessalt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 250 F.
Place the broccoli florets in a small baking dish and drizzle evenly with the EVOO.
Sprinkle with the red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
Roast until tender, 20 -25 min.
Serve right away.
