Ingredients
1/2 cup Canola Oil1/3 cup Agave Nectar1/3 cup Soy Milk - plain3/4 cup Light Brown Sugar1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract2 1/3 cup whole wheat flour3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda1/2 Tsp Baking Powder2 Tsp. Ground Cinnamon1/2 Tsp. Nutmeg1/2 Tsp. Salt1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats1/2 cup dried fruit
Directions
Combine all wet ingredients and mix well. Sift all dry ingredients and incorporate into wet. Add oats and dried fruit.
Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned.
