Swedish Pancakes

Ingredients
3 Large Eggs1 1/4 Cup Skim Milk1 Tbsp Sugar1 pinch salt
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about 5 minutes. Heat a fry pan on the stove top, I use a non-stick pan so I spray every 2-3 times with a light cooking spray. Pour enough batter into pan to moderartly coat the bottom. Turn to even the batter. Let cook until soft set, flip pancake and cook other side till light brown. I fold into forths to take out of pan. Yummy!
