Oatmeal Berry Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
1 cup oatmeal1 banana, peeled, cut into chunks16 frozen strawberries1 1/2 cups soy milk2 tsp honey1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
In blender, combine all ingredients. Blend on high until smooth. Pour into glasses.

Makes 2 16 oz. servings.

    MMM could have this every day! I have never had a smoothie with oatmeal in it, but have had them with wheat germ. I will be buying more oatmeal, so I can enjoy this again. I added some yogurt and used cherry juice because I did not have strawberries. Worked well. Great breakfast on the go! - 8/9/10
