2 Chicken Breast no skin no bonelemon Juice 1 cup 3 tbsp lemon zest Celery, raw 2 cup diced classic frozen mixed veggie 1 small bagMinute Brown Rice 1 cup
Cut chiken into cubes and add to crock pot let cook in 2 cups of water... After about an hour add lemon juice, zest and minute brown rice. Let cook for an hour more. add veggies at the last hour
