Blueberry Yogurt Pancakes (90/10 recipe)

Ingredients
1 egg1 cup plain, non fat yogurt1 tablespoon canola oil1 cup all purpose flour1 tablespoon sugar1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking sodapinch of salt1/4 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions
1. in blender, combine the egg, yogurt and oil. Blend until smooth.
2. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add to the yogurt mixture and blend well.
3. Spray a hot gridle with cooking spray. Using 1/8 of the batter for each pancake, ladle the pancakes onto the griddle. Sprinkle each with some blueberries and cook for about 20 seconds (or until bubbles form in the middle ). Flip over and cook until golden.
