Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)*Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)*Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 1 cup (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 3.5 serving (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s) (remove)*Cumin seed, .1 tsp (remove)
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of pot.
Wash/scrub and slice potatoes into somewhat fry shapes, add to pot.
Drain and add kidney beans.
Drain and add green beans.
Season with onion powder, cumin, black pepper and Ranch Seasoning mix.
Add tomatoes with juice.
Cover and set on High 6 hours.
