Low Fat - Low Calorie - Large Italian Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb Extra lean ground beef (approx)Chopped fresh sage, rosemary and parsely1 tbsp garlic powder or fresh garlic1 egg (I used large)Half of one vidalia or other sweet onion finely chopped
Directions
Hand mix ingredients just until mixed (do not over mix or you will end up with tough meatballs!)

Roll into 2 - 2.5" sized balls or bigger/smaller if you'd like but you'll have to recalculate nutrition info based on portion size.

Bake on a foil lined sheet or dish at 350 degrees until cooked through (15-25 mins)
