Ingredients:Pork Tenderloin, 1 piece, cooked, excluding refuse (yi (remove)Beans, white, 2 cup (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup (remove)*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (remove)Oregano, ground, .2 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 28 gram(s) (remove)
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork in bottom of pot.
Drain and add white beans (1/2).
Drain and add corn.
Drain and add white beans (1/2).
Season with oregano (dried flaked), onion powder and 1/2 of the Italian seasoning mix.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Add second 1/2 of Italian seasoning mix.
Cover and set to High 6 hours.
Prior to serving, shred pork using an electric mixer.
