Coconut Pecan Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
2 cups black beans, cooked (or 1 can, drained and rinsed) 1/2 cup sugar (or sweetener of choice) 2 large eggs 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil 1/2 cup cocoa 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup of coconut flakes + more for sprinkling 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease a 8 in. square baking pan.
2.Add all ingredients to blender or food processor and blend until very smooth.
3.Pour into baking pan, smooth out the top.
4.Bake for about 25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
