Rice and Lentil Pilaf

Ingredients
2-5 Large Onions-depending on your taste preference2 Tbsp Olive Oil6 C water1 3/4 C Lentils-sorted, washed, drained2 C Brown Rice
Directions
Slice onions-saute in one layer in oil over medium heat until golden Brown. Place in Slow Cooker-combine with all other ingredients.
Cover-cook on low 6-8 hours
Serve hot or cold.
