1 medium apple, Diced1 large Gold kiwi fruit, diced1 small banana, mashed1/2 cup frozen raspberries1/2 cup frozen blueberries1tsp honey1tsp flaxseed oil1 packet vanilla meal replacement shake(powder)1 1/2 cup water
1. Add diced apple to blender and blend until smooth.
2. Add kiwi fruit, and banana, blend.
3 Add frozen raspberries and blueberries, blend.
4. Add flaxseed oil and honey, blend.
5. Add meal replacement powder and water and blend for 2-3 minutes until all ingredients are blended thoroughly.
