4 cups of plain, nonfat Greek yogurt3 (or 4) scoops (servings) of vanilla protein powder (I use BSN Vanilla Protein Powder)1 can pumpkin1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
Mix all together using an electric mixer or a food processor.
