Creamy Italian Salad

1 head butter lettuce1 head each green leaf and red leaf lettuce1 cucumber6 roma tomatoes1 red onion1 container gorgonzola crumbles1 tbsp sugar.5 tsp salt.5 tsp pepper1 tsp basil1 tbsp lemon juice.5 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp red wine vinegar1tbsp basalmic vinegar2.5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2.5 tbsp canola oil8oz (about) sour cream
Wash and cut lettuce and place in a large bowl. Cut cucumber and tomatoes (I cut them into fours) leaving the skin of the cucumber on. Cut red onion into thin slices then cut in half. Add in gorgonzola crumbles.
Dressing: Mix together sugar, salt, pepper, basil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, vinegars, oils, and sour cream in a leak proof container. Shake until well blended. Pour over salad and toss.
Serving Size: Makes about 6-7 decent sized bowls
