Orzo Chicken

Ingredients
half cup cooked orzo(optional: tossed in light EVOO)3 oz chicken, lightly seasoned and grilled2 tbsp chopped red onion2 tbsp chopped tomato1 big mushroom choppedhalf cup frozen mixed veggieshalf a green chilli2 tbsp chopped cilantrosaltpepperlemon pepperpaprika
Directions
lightly coat thinly sliced chicken breasts with bisquick, salt, pepper, paprika, herbs. marinate well and grill until cooked. chop into small pieces

cooked orzo in boiling water, drain and lightly coat with EVOO, set aside

saute all veggies in EVOO.

Combine all three, season with salt, pepper, lemon pepper, cilantro, paprika as taste
