Spicy pork tenders

  • Number of Servings: 4
Ingredients
1 lb center cut boneless pork chops1/2 bottle of hot sauce2 tbls butter1 pkg shake n bake(optional) red pepper or chili powder
Directions
Cut pork into bite size pieces ( I do pieces about the size of a hot wing)
melt butter and mix with hot sauce.
Coat pork with hot sauce and then coat with shake n bake.
Bake according to package directions.

For more spice you can add some red pepper or chili power to the shake n bake.
