8s Quick & Easy Potatoes & Green Beans

Ingredients
2 tbs olive oil2 large, cubed, golden potatoes (3 cups)1/2 cup diced onion1 tsp garlic salt1/2 tsp cayenne pepper16 oz fresh green beans
Directions
Saute onion and potatoes in olive oil for one minute. Sprinkle garlic salt and cayenne pepper. Stir. Stir in green beans and cook on high for one minute. Cover. Reduce heat. Cook on medium-low for 5-10 minutes or until desired texture. If desired, add additional salt and pepper.

Serving Size: As a side, it makes about 4 1-cup servings. Or can be an entree for 2.
