Ingredients
2 eggs2 whole wheat toast1/2 sm onion chopped1 scallion chopped1/8 cup green peppers chopped1 tbsp Basil1 tsp Black Pepper1 slice of Turkey Breast chopped1/2 tbsp Butter
Directions
In a fry pan on medium, heat butter. Toast 2 pieces of whole wheat bread.
In a separate bowl, mix all other ingredients. Pour into fry pan. Flip after about 2 minutes. After another 2 minutes omelet should be done.
Remove from pan and place on piece of toast. Enjoy!
