Turkey & Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Directions
3 lbs frozen (or fresh) mix of favorite veggies3 lbs ground turkey12 cups low sodium beef broth 6 cups water5 cups tomato juice, without salt
Start broth, tomato juice, and water boiling.
Add veggies to pot.
Brown turkey and add.
Let come to a rolling boil and turn down heat so that it remains at a slow boil for about 45 minutes.
Stir frequently.
Allow about 10-15 minutes more for fresh veggies.
