Simple Potatoe Soup

Ingredients
4 large or 6 -8 med idaho potatoes sliced -(recipe builder wouldn't let me change number of potatoes, only the weight)6 cups water or enough to cover potatoes( can use chicken broth - just calculate difference in calories)Salt and Pepper to taste2 tbsp corn strach
Directions
peel and slice potatoes, cover with water or broth, add salt if using water, add pepper to taste, cook until potatoes are tender, add margarine, disolve corn starch in small amount cold water to disolve, add to soup until thickened a bit. Ready to serve.
