Ground beef, lean, 24 oz Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 clove Onions, raw, .5 cup, choppedCabbage, fresh, 24 leaf, large Cranberries, 2 cup, whole Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 cup, chopped or sliced Steam the cabbage so the leaves are soft.Preheat oven to 350FAdd some water to the cranberries to cook until they burst. You can add 1 tbsp honey.Mix ground meat, diced garlic and onion, riced cauliflower, sage, salt and pepper to taste.Wrap meat mixture 1-2 oz at a time in the cabbage leaves like a burrito. Place seam side down in a baking dish.Mix tomatoes into the cranberries. Pour over the cabbage rolls.Cover with tin foil.Bake for 45 min at 350F
