Low fat & low cal *vegan* whole wheat pancakes

whole wheat pancake mix, almond milk, flax seeds, apple sauce
Mix 1 cup of Aunt Jemima whole wheat pancake mix with 1 cup of almond (or any other plant) milk, mix 1 Tbsp flax meal with 2.5 Tbsp water (= flax egg, or use Ener-G egg replacer for 1 egg), 1 Tbsp apple sauce.
Mix it all together and let sit for 5 minutes.
Use 1/4 c measuring cup to pour the pancakes, let cook for ~3 min. each side, flip and cook again for 3 min.
Serving Size: Makes 7 pancakes (using a 1/4 c to pour 1 pancake)
