Banana Nut Date Muffins

Ingredients
I cup white flour3/4 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmegMix these together.1/3 cup plain yogurt1/4 cup molasses or date syrup1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce2 large eggs, beaten2 very ripe bananas, mashed1/4 cup hot water. Mix all of the wet ingredients together, then add at once to dry ingredients. Mix gently just until combined.Then fold in additional ingredients as desired.I used:1/4 cup cashews, chopped3 Tablespoons dark chocolate chips1/8 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes
