Ingredients
2 cups ricotta cheese2 cups feta cheese crumbled1 stick butter, melted5 eggs1 onion mincedTbl basilTbl oreganotsp sea salt
Directions
defrost 1/2 pkg of phyllo dough
Wilt 1 lb spinach
Cook minced onion until softened in microwave
mix spinach, onion,feta, ricotta and eggs
melt stick of butter in microwvae
lay 1 sheet of phyllo dough in pan,brush with melted butter
continue with 1/3 of remaining sheets
spoon half cheese/spinach mixture into pan, top with next 1/3 dough sheets and butter
spoon remaining spinch/cheese mixture into pan
top with remaining dough sheets and butter
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until top is golden brown

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings from a 9x14 inch pan
