Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashedMotts Natural Apple Sauce, 4 oz snack cup, 1 cup*Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup(*Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 2 cupsBaking Soda, 1.5 tspBaking Powder, 1.5 tsp(Vanilla Extract, 2 tspWalnuts, 2 cup, chopped*(Great Value) 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray, 1 serving
Directions
mix banana, applesause, splenda, egg whites, together. Add remaining dry ingredients, then fold in the walnuts. Spray large muffin pans with olive oil spray and bake 350 for 45-50 minutes.
