Ingredients:Butter, salted, 1 tbsp Half and Half Cream, 4 cup Bacon, raw, 1/2 lbCelery, raw, 0.25 cup, diced finelyOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Red Potato, 1 lbWater, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Flour, white, 0.50 cup Clams, canned, meat only, 3 cup Dice celery and onion, and cube potatoes. I used canned chopped clams, and the juice it is packed in.
cook bacon until crisp, add celery and onion, cook until softened, add butter and flour to make a roux, once the flour has cooked down, add all remaining ingredients, a dash or two of worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste, let simmer, cook through potatoes, and soup is done.
