1/2 cup greek yogurt1/2 cup almond milk1 Tbsp. Ruth's Hemp Protein Powder2/3 tsp. Ester-C Vitamin C Powder1 Tblsp. Organic Milled Flax Seed1/2 of a banana, cut into pieces & frozen1/2 cup (hand full) frozen whole strawberries1/4 cup frozen blueberries1 tsp. Organic Flax OilOption: 1 Tsp honey
Place almond milk & yogurt in blender. Add protein powder, flax seed, vitamin c powder & flax oil. Add strawberries, banana's, and blueberries and blend until smooth adding more milk if necessary. Any other frozen fruit can be added.
