2 bananas1/2 cup frozen peaches1/2 cup frozen pineapple 2 handfuls of fresh spinach1/4 cup water (add more/less for desired consistency) 1 tbs ground flax seed
Directions
Simply throw everything in blender and blend til desired consistency.
