Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
--1.25lbs extra-lean ground turkey--5 slices 2% American cheese--5tbsp Simply Heinz ketchup--1/8tsp chipotle chili pepper--1/8tsp cayenne red pepper--1/4tsp oregano--1/4tsp chili powder--1/4tsp basil--1/4tsp onion powder--1/4tsp garlic powder--1/4tsp cumin--a few twists of a black pepper grinder
Directions
Mush it all up, make patties, and either grill, pan-fry, or broil. Broiling is less juicy, less fatty...I prefer it to pan-frying. Put cheese on (I used 2% American) immediately and snarf. Also, use Simply Heinz ketchup...it's preservative free and SO much more flavorful than regular ketchup (although, these burgers are so full of flavor, you really don't need ketchup). If you use a whole-wheat bun, it doubles the calories.
