Oatmeal (plain), 1 cup dry (remove)Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 4 cup (remove)*1 Cinnamon Stick, 6 serving (remove)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Simmer cinnamon sticks water and oatmeal until oatmeal falls apart then puree in blender then return to heat add milk and lit simmer transfer to pitcher or container with lid will keep for a week int he fridge head up before serving. Sweeten with splenda when served.
