Dark Chocolate Cherry No-Bake Bites

Ingredients
1/4 cup of old fashioned rolled oats2 T. of almond flour1 T. of ground flax seed1 T. of honey or agave nectar1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract2 T. of almond butter2 T. of dark chocolate chips (smaller chips are better)2 T. of chopped dried cherries
Directions
1. Combine oats, almond flour, and flax seed in a small bowl.
2. In another bowl, stir together the honey, vanilla, and almond butter.
3. Using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula mix the flour mixture together with the almond butter mixture.
4. Next, stir in the chocolate chips and chopped cherries until all are mixed in.
5. Finally, shape into 10-12 bite-sized balls.
--Make sure you refrigerate any leftovers in a zip-lock bag or airtight container.

Serving Size: Makes 10 to 12 bite-sized balls.
