pork rinds - through food processor - powderchicken breast eggseasoning combo of your choice - garlic salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder
mix seasonings and ground pork rinds
wash chicken dredge through egg then pork rind mixture
3 tbsp oil in cast iron skillet - heat
place coated chicken in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side then put in 400 degree preheated oven x 7 minutes
