Vegan Sloppy Joes (adapted from Rachel Ray's Turkey Sloppy Joes)

1 pckg. Boca or Quorn crumbles1/2 red onion, diced1/2 red pepper, diced1Tbs. Olive oil1 Tbs. grill seasoning blend (I use McCormick's Montreal seasoning)2 Tbs. brown sugar1Tbs. Vegan Worcestershire sauce such as Annie's 1 c. Tomato sauce4 whole wheat hamburger buns
Heat olive oil over med-hi heat. Add onion and red pepper and sauté for a few minutes. Add the crumbled "meat" and stir until it is thawed.
Mix grill seasoning, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato sauce in a small bowl. Pour over the "meat" and veggies and stir well.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 min. Serve on buns.
