Lowfat Cocoa Banana Cake

1 2/3 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup dry cocoa powder1 t. baking soda1 1/4 t. baking powder1/2 t. salt1/2 cup tap water1/2 cup honey2/3 cup mashed banana1/3 cup applesauce1 t. vinegar1/2 t. vanilla1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
In an 8x8 inch pan mix flour, cocoa, soda, baking powder, and salt. Add water, honey, banana, applesauce, vinegar, and vanilla and stir until well mixed. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Bake at 350 F for 35-40 minutes (gas ovens generally take longer, electric shorter). Cool, cut into 12 pieces.
