Ground chicken and veggies

Ingredients
Ground chicken or turkeyOnionGarlicZucchiniKale
Directions
Chop onion and zucchini into small dice.
Slice kale into ribbons

Heat olive oil in pan over medium high heat
Add onion for 1 min then add garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes
Add ground chicken or turkey, when halfway cooked add zucchini and saute for an additional 5 minutes stirring occasionally
Add kale, salt, pepper and basil and cook for another 1-2 minutes

Serving Size: makes 3-4 servings
