Ingredients
1 cup sugar1/2 cup butter2 eggs1 cup wheat flour1 cup white flourdash salt1 tsp baking soda4 over ripe bananaswalnuts or pecans optional
Directions
Cream together butter and sugar, add 2 eggs. In separate bowl combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mash bananas until pureed but slightly lumpy. Add all ingredients together and add nuts if desired. Pour into greased (light spray oil) mini loaf pans and bake at 325 until brown (about 22-30 minutes in my oven). Makes 8 loaves. ENJOY!!
