Ingredients
Directions
20 oz. dry elbow macaroni2 lbs. lean ground beef1 large onion, chopped2 cans whole kernel corn, drained2-1/2 c ketchup2 T Worcestershire1/4 c brown sugar3 t paprika2 t garlic powder1 t dry mustarddash of cayenne pepper
Drop macaroni into a large pot of boiling water. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. While macaroni is cooking, brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet; cook until well done and juices dry up. (May add seasoning during cooking, if desired). Remove from heat. When macaroni reaches desired tenderness, remove from heat and drain. Return the macaroni to the pot, then add the ground beef and onion mixture and corn. Mix thoroughly. Add ketchup, Worcestershire, sugar and spices and stir until covered evenly. (May add water to achieve a moister consistency if desired.) Makes approximately 12 servings (serving size 12 oz. or about 1-1/2 cups). Tastes great as leftovers and also freezes well.

This Goulash was just awful. The ketchup was way over powering. When it was done I had to fix it by watering it down and also adding tomato sauce into it to cover up the ketchup taste and smell. If I ever make it again it will be without the ketchup and substituted with tomato sauce. - 9/30/14

When I go to create a recipe make over I noticed that the measurements on the beef and the ketchup are incorrect. When originally calculated it has 28 ounces of meat. 2 lbs would actually be 32 ounces. The ketchup also shows 16 tablespoons which is only 1 cup. For 2.5 cups it should actually be 40T - 4/17/14
