Low Fat Creamy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp. low-fat margarine1 tsp. minced garlic (Add 2 tsp if you like a bigger garlic taste)1 tbsp. all-purpose flour1 c. fat-free milk1/4 c. nonfat or low-fat cream cheese1/4 c. grated parmesan cheesesaltpepper
Directions
First, gather all ingredients and have them measured out and ready to go, because the cooking process will go quickly.

In non-stick saucepan, add margarine and garlic.
Saute over medium- medium/low heat until garlic is fragrant. (about 30 seconds) Whisk in flour, then slowly whisk in the milk.
Continue to cook mixture over medium/low heat, stirring continually, until slightly thick. (about 2 minutes)
Whisk in cream cheese and parmesan until smooth. (about 1-2 mins)
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Remove from heat and cover, until ready to serve, over your favorite pasta.
